Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is not one to be missed. Diners enjoy a view of the kitchen and its unique pulley system, which has been modelled after a version used by the Royal court, and rotates the spit over an open fire. Taking inspiration from facts, events and recipes dating as far back as the 13th century, the cuisine at Dinner is a modern menu of dishes inspired by British history.
